Mintor uses the information you submit to review your product requirements and respond to your business inquiry.
The inquiry forms store the contact name, business email, company or salon name, business type, destination, selected products and quantities, preferred contact method, phone or contact ID, optional notes and consent in our Cloudflare-hosted database. A one-way IP hash supports submission abuse controls.
Data is used to handle your inquiry, prepare quotations and follow up your requirements. Inquiries are reviewed by an authorized operator. When configured, our email service sends inquiry notifications to our team. Where available, source information is stored with your inquiry to understand which pages and campaigns bring business enquiries. GA4 receives an anonymous successful-inquiry event with its random reference and form type; your name, email, contact details and message are not included in that event.
Session storage remembers contact reminders and your sound preference for this browser session. Session storage also records your first and latest non-direct entry page, referring hostname, campaign tags and Google Ads click identifiers where present. URLs are recorded without arbitrary query strings. These are submitted with your inquiry when you accept this notice; contact details and messages are not kept in this source record. WhatsApp links open an external service.
When a page cannot render, Mintor records the error category, page path and script location to diagnose the failure. Error reports exclude form contents and URL query strings. A one-way daily IP hash limits repeated reports.
